We manage the entire trademark registration process from preliminary search and filing to publication, opposition handling, and final registration with DIGEPIH. Registration typically takes 12–18 months, depending on opposition proceedings.
Yes. All attorneys at Casco & Casco are bilingual in Spanish and English. Documentation, contracts, and legal opinions can be provided in either language.
